Staff were welcoming, great base for a couple of nights. The staff did all they can for a real good stay. Perfect location, lovely view from adequate rooms. Savoury food for breakfast, thoroughly enjoyed it. Service was excellent too. I could park the car onsite.
Breakfast is excellent, staff brilliantly helpful, location ideal. Within short walking distance of a museum and a tower.
Excellent stay, no reason to complain, we would recommend. We loved reception, it was friendly. The hotel was next to the heart of the York. Excellent service and great value. Had no problem using their great parking, the internet was free.
Everything was great except the room that really could have been cleaned.
