The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is close to the city walls and provides easy access to the popular Shambles area and city wall walks. Additionally, the hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained. The ample parking and convenient transportation options make it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff at the hotel are friendly and provided clear explanations of everything we needed to know. Lastly, the breakfast included in the room rate was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
Almost perfect, but the road noise was particularly bothersome at night, impacting our sleep quality.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The spacious family room and en-suite exceeded our expectations, with a large comfy bed and a good-sized bathroom. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable throughout. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location of the hotel was ideal, with a short 10-minute stroll to the city center, allowing us easy access to all the attractions. We also appreciated the hotel's parking facilities, which were a massive bonus. Despite being near the road, the noise of traffic was minimal, and we didn't even need the earplugs we had brought. The breakfast served at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of choices to suit everyone's taste. we couldn't fault this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. The food served at the bar was delicious, with generous portion sizes and good quality ingredients. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, creating a relaxing environment. My room, located above the pub, was surprisingly quiet and had a separate entrance. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. The hotel's location was ideal, close to the city walls and within walking distance to the town center. Additionally, there was parking available, which was a great bonus. The cooked breakfast served in the morning was superb, with plenty of options to choose from.
For us, it was ideal.

The breakfast served here is delicious, with a good variety of options available. Cleanliness is well-maintained throughout the hotel.
