The staff was accommodating!
Lovely hotel, beautiful rooms and absolutely perfect location. I truly enjoyed the fabulous food they offered. The place was set about 20 minutes walk from the downtown. Free parking, great service. It made my trip to York a really nice experience.
Beautiful rooms, super breakfast, perfect location for our needs. Welcoming staff throughout. Nice beds, central heating, an ironing set and a work desk were a nice touch. Everything was modern as expected, nevertheless the bathroom was quite small. It had magnificent restaurant.
Absolutely perfect location, sensational breakfast, beautiful room. Lovely hotel, 20 minutes' walk from the downtown.
